So far my buyer in the Philippines has stiffed me. No payment. No messages.
I sent him—why do I assume it’s a guy?—a polite email yesterday but I still haven’t heard anything back.
There are four wonderful, old, rusted skeleton keys just sitting here waiting for a new home. I suppose I’ll give the buyer a few more days and if the situation doesn’t get worked out, I’ll re-list the keys.
However, what should I do about feedback?
A good rating is vital. If I slam this buyer, will he slam me back? I’ll probably just let the issue drop.
As I was stewing about this yesterday and posting two more auctions I decided to get very specific on the locations where I wouldn’t ship. Previously I just said that I would only ship to the United States and that seemed to work, but it didn’t stop my Philippino buyer.
So I went through the selected all the places where I wanted my auction to be blocked, as you can see by the blizzard of checked check boxes below.
Hmmm. I just noticed that I selected NOT to ship to North America. If my public school geography teacher taught me right, I think the United States is in North America.
I better double check my checkbox checks.
